When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 24/72 hours from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays.
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items. Deliveries to post office box numbers are not accepted. All relevant delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take around 1 week for small orders and between 6-8 weeks for furniture orders, depending on location.
Please take into account that while certain products are on inventory, we also produce pieces under demand, ensuring the quality of our products. Therefore, we thank you for your patience and comprehension on this matter. We want to ensure your unique piece.
When ordering, please provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, you will not be able to cancel the order. You will have to provide us again a complete and valid address to which to receive the order.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
